For ease of use, TorBox accepts all different kinds of virtual payment. This way you can pick exactly what you want to use, without all the hassle. TorBox accepts the following for payments.

We don't allow prepaid cards to be used, as they can be sources for high fraud. If you want to keep your privacy, we recommend using a privacy card. Card payments require correct billing address to prevent fraud. If no address is linked to the card, or the address is not correctly entered, then the payment will be declined to prevent fraud.

We may enable and disable this over time. A PayPal account is required to use the PayPal integration, and you must have an account in PayPal supported countries. Available for Subscriptions, One-time payments, and Addon Subscriptions.

Only available on Apple devices on supported browsers. Available for Subscriptions, One-time payments, and Addon Subscriptions.

We accept Google Pay, which works on any device or browser. Available for Subscriptions, One-time payments, and Addon Subscriptions.

We accept Amazon Pay for Subscriptions and Addons. We may enable and disable this over time. An Amazon account is required to use the Amazon Pay integration. Available for Subscriptions, One-time payments, and Addon Subscriptions.

You can subscribe to our Patreon page to receive a subscription, as well as read our developer posts to see what TorBox has been up to! This allows you to pay with Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and works in every country! This is completely automatic as long as your Patreon and TorBox emails are the same.

We accept direct ACH transfer with over 100+ banks worldwide with instant payment. No Stripe account is required for this to work. In most cases, you will be required to login to your bank, with manual verification taking 2-4 business days. Available for Subscriptions, One-time payments, and Addon Subscriptions.

Available in all countries. All cryptocurrencies in this list are widely available, including easily accessible ones such as Binance Pay. We recommend Litecoin (very fast confirmations), Binance Pay (easy to use) and Monero (extremely private). There are even wallet fast pay options available.

We even accept Cryptocurrency as a subscription, which automatically debits your selected wallet, or generates an invoice for you automatically every month, allowing you to keep your discounts.

To pay using gift cards, please contact support and state your payment method, as well as the plan you would like. Once we have verified the value of the card and legitimacy of the card, we will update your account automatically with the plan you have requested with the number of months equal to the value of your card.

All Gift Cards must be in the region of the countries listed below, and must be of value over $20 (USD) or equivalent.

We accept mail in cash sent to the below addresses. If you have sent cash to either address, please contact support to claim it (be prepared to verify the sender's address), or make sure you leave a note inside with your TorBox email and the plan you would like. You will receive a payment confirmation email when this is done. It takes about 2-3 weeks for payments to arrive due to shipping the mail to our central office from these locations.

We also accept Alipay as payment. Please contact support to pay using this method. All payments must be over $20 of value. Not accepted for Subscriptions or Addon Subscriptions, only one-time payments.

We also accept Wise bank transfers, or Wise Pay. We will send you a payment link you can use to pay us. We accept many currencies when paying with Wise. All payments must be over $20 of value. Not accepted for Subscriptions or Addon Subscriptions, only one-time payments.

We accept Telegram Stars as a payment method through the TorBox Telegram Bot. This automated process can begin by messaging the Telegram bot inside of the app, and sending the /subscribe command. Telegram Stars can be purchased using debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the Telegram desktop or mobile app.

Currently unsupported payment methods are below. Please do not ask us to support these methods, as we have already explored all options on this list. Methods may be on this list due to country restrictions, platform restrictions, or others.
