Sometimes payment processing can take awhile. If you are reading this page, it is likely that you have already paid, and are waiting for your account to be upgraded. The TorBox API, which does the payment processing, can be slow, or other times, it can be that the payment gateway are being slow or encountering issues. If you have not received your account upgrades within 24 hours, please contact TorBox immediately and we will fix your issue.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have been waiting! Most payments will complete very quickly and anything longer than about 30 minutes can mean something went wrong.
Payments with PayPal (Instant - 5 minutes):
PayPal payments are usually instant. Expect a few seconds of time before your account gets updated.
Payments with Card (Instant - 5 minutes):
Card payments are usually instant. Expect a few seconds of time before your account gets updated.
Payments with Crypto (5 minutes - 6 hours):
Our payment gateway for cryptocurrency purchases is notoriously slow. Verification depends per cryptocurrency, but the most a payment will take is about 6 hours. Payments require at least 3 verification by the blockchain to be sent as complete. If your payment went through and it is past 6 hours, please send us a message at [email protected] containing your email.
Payments with Patreon (5 minutes - 6 hours):
Patreon payments and upgrades, may take awhile to process as it seems like Patreon waits for card payments to go all the way through before sending our system information about your payment.
Payments with ACH (5 minutes - 72 hours):
Banks are also notoriously slow. If you paid via ACH or eCheck using PayPal or Chargebee, it can take around 5 minutes if during a business hours on a business day. If you are paying outside of business hours, it usually gets cleared the next day. If you are paying outside of business days (on the weekend), it usually gets cleared the next business day.
