Sometimes payment processing can take awhile. If you are reading this page, it is likely that you have already paid, and are waiting for your account to be upgraded. The TorBox API, which does the payment processing, can be slow, or other times, it can be that the payment gateway are being slow or encountering issues. If you have not recieved your account upgrades within 24 hours, please contact TorBox immediately and we will fix your issue.
Don't hesitate to contact us if you have been waiting! Most payments will complete very quickly and anything longer than about 30 minutes can mean something went wrong.
Payments with PayPal (Instant - 5 minutes):
PayPal payments are usually instant. Expect a few seconds of time before your account gets updated. PayPal only sends messages to our API once, so if the PayPal payment really went though and money was exchanged, then please send us a message at [email protected] containing your email.
Payments with Crypto (5 minutes - 6 hours):
Sellix, the payment gateway for cryptocurrency purchases is notoriously slow, not because Sellix itself is slow, but because of the nature of cryptocurrency, it can take awhile for a payment to go through. Sellix requires at least 2 verifications of the payment, which can take awhile on the network. Some cryptocurrencies take longer than others. Verification depends per cryptocurrency, but the most a payment will take is about 6 hours. If your payment went through and it is past 6 hours, please send us a message at [email protected] containing your email.
Payments with Perfect Money (5 minutes - 6 hours):
Perfect Money is old, and does a lot of processing. While we don't recommend using it, people still do, but it might take some time.
Payments with Cashapp (Instant - 24 hours):
Due to how Cashapp works, it is possible at times we are required to manually accept the payment, and depending on the hours, this may mean up to 24 hours time for the payment to process. To expedite this process, please contact us.
