Usually logging in is a simple task, but here are some fixes. This also applies to signing up.

TorBox requires a email and password to sign up or login. There are a few requirements for emails and passwords to be valid, so make sure you are following any notifications that are shown in the process.

When signing up, it is not required to click Don't have an account yet? button. Likewise, you are not required to click Already have an account? button. Both buttons merely change the text and all the magic is done in the background. How cool is that?

When you cannot verify the captcha:

  • Make sure you don't have any ad-blocker extensions on torbox.app.

  • Make sure you aren't on a VPN.

  • If you are on mobile data, try using wifi instead. Visa versa.

  • Try logging in on incognito mode.

  • Try using a different browser.

  • Remove any extensions that may cause an issue.

If the sign up email never arrives:

You click on the email but it returns you back to login page:

  • If you open the link using an email forwarding service or in iOS apps, the link can become expired. Some inboxes, such as iOS's mail app, opens the link before you click on it (link previews), which makes the link expired. Some email forwarding apps test links sent in emails beforehand, which will expire the link as well. Links can only be opened once, by anyone, so make sure that they aren't touched before you get to it.

  • Some email clients scan links before allowing you to open them, also invalidating the link, as it's only allowed to be open once.

  • If you take too long to open the link, it can become expired. You have 15 minutes before the link expires.

You get constant unknown errors:
