You are billed for the number of user's you have 7 days before your account expires. This is to allow for things such as refunds, trials, and other happenstances that may occur.

Exactly 7 days before your account expires, you will get an email which will contain a link(s) to pay for your service. This will let you know how many users you are being billed for as well. You are expected to pay for this as soon as possible, as you must also contact our support to update your expiration time on your vendor account. To make sure your user's accounts do not lose access, you need to be quick about paying and getting the payment confirmed. You can also reply to the invoice email confirming the payment.

At the end of each calendar month, you will receive and invoice as well as a CSV file containing the vouchers you generated (and were redeemed) and all information about them, as well as a total, and payment link(s) for you to pay your dues.
