Usenet transfers to TorBox are usually blazing fast, however in certain cases it can be slower than expected.
The reasons behind this are the following:
Age. The older the NZB, the more likely that the files are stored on cold storage (slower storage) or on a partnered provider and not the main one.
File density. The more files, the slower the transfer will seem, especially if it's a large amount of smaller files.
Slow provider upstream transfers speeds. Sometimes, the providers can be experiencing slower than expected upstream transfer speeds, resulting in slower than expected downstream transfer speeds on our end.
These reasons are all out of TorBox's control. There is nothing we can do about the transfer speeds.
TorBox will always try to transfer these files as fast as possible, so any speeds shown is a result of this.
