Vouchers Terms of Service

These terms govern the issuance, use, and redemption of promotional vouchers, or gift codes ("Vouchers"), issued by TorBox. By redeeming or purchasing a Voucher, you agree to these terms.

Vouchers may only be redeemed at https://torbox.app towards the purchase of a TorBox subscription. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, credit, or any form of payment. Vouchers are not re-loadable and are single-use.

Vouchers may be redeemed by any TorBox user in possession of a valid code. You may distribute Vouchers to recipients of your choosing for their activation. Once a Voucher code is issued, you are solely responsible for its safekeeping and distribution. TorBox bears no responsibility for Vouchers that are lost, stolen, shared inadvertently, or redeemed by unintended recipients. All redemptions are final, and TorBox is under no obligation to reissue, refund, or compensate for Vouchers redeemed by any party, regardless of whether such redemption was authorized by the original purchaser.

Voucher redemption is immediate and final. There is no additional confirmation step prior to redemption, and redeemed Vouchers cannot be reversed, transferred, or refunded under any circumstances. Redeeming a Voucher may result in proration of your existing subscription, which could adjust your current plan tier upward or downward and affect your remaining subscription duration accordingly. By redeeming a Voucher, you acknowledge and accept any such adjustments to your account. TorBox is under no obligation to reissue, compensate, or restore subscription time for any Voucher redemption, regardless of whether such redemption was authorized by the original purchaser or resulted in unintended account changes.

Purchasing vouchers may only be done through the official TorBox website (https://torbox.app) or by the following approved vendor websites, who are authorized to sell TorBox vouchers on the behalf of TorBox:

TorBox does not allow any payments for vouchers over the total cost of $500 USD. Purchases above $500 USD must contact TorBox support for manual purchasing for large ticket orders.

Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly permitted. Vouchers obtained through unauthorized channels, including, but limit to fraud, theft, or violation of these terms, are void, and may be deleted, or have the redeemed account's premium service revoked. TorBox reserves the right to void any Voucher and decline redemption if we reasonably believe the Voucher was obtained or is being used improperly.

There is no expiry date to vouchers, other than the lifetime of the TorBox service.

The issuance of a Voucher does not create any binding contractual obligation on TorBox beyond these terms. Vouchers are promotional in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of service reliability, pricing, or features.

TorBox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use or redemption of Vouchers following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
