Upgrading or downgrading your account on TorBox is very simple. First, you will need to cancel your original plan (if subscribed), then you simply purchase your new plan, everything will be calculated for you.
If you aren't subscribed, skip to step 5!
If you are subscribed, on your dashboard, you can click on the Manage Subscription button on the bottom left. If you aren't subscribed, you can skip to step 5.
This button will take you to the payment dashboard, where you log in with your email. Follow the instructions to log in.
You will be forwarded to a new payment dashboard. At the top, there will be options such as Dashboard, Affiliate Links, and My Invoices. Click on My Invoices, then click my subscriptions.
Here will be a list of active and past subscriptions. Click on your active subscription that you want to upgrade from, and at the top right, click Cancel Subscription.
You are ready to purchase your new plan, so go to https://torbox.app/subscriptions, and pick our your new plan and checkout. If you have remaining time on your account, your time will be prorated according to your new plan and the old plan. (For example, if you are on the Essential Plan, and you have 10 days left, and you are upgrading to the Pro Plan, you will receive an extra 3 days when your purchase). This will not affect the price of the plan, only the time on your account.
Time is prorated! Don't worry about losing your old time, it will be converted to the proper amount of time on your new plan!
