Some Anti-virus software uses the same list of domains to be blocked, and it is common for TorBox to be placed on these lists. This is due to the fact, that even though we have virus scanning, people still download viruses from TorBox, and causes our domains to be flagged. We often put in appeals when we notice this is common, but it happens often.
Symptoms
Some symptoms of your Anti-virus/Content Filter/ISP/Home Router blocking our servers can be the following:
Alerts when you attempt to access TorBox domains
Blocking you from accessing TorBox domains
SSL handshake errors
Content failing to play on 3rd party software
This can be very annoying, and it is easy to blame TorBox, but please assess your protections first before contacting our support.
